As a Realtor and Managing Broker of RE/MAX FINE HOMES, I follow strict codes of ethics.
I obtained my Realtor's License in 1996 and my Broker's License in 1999 and have sold real estate for eighteen (18) years in Tennessee. Specializing in new homes, existing homes, land, investment, rentals, and commercial properties
In addition, I was designated as a Certified Closing Agent for two title companies twenty five (25) years prior and I am well versed in all phases of real estate closing transaction.
I have received several awards, the highest of which was induction into the RE/MAX INTERNATIONAL HALL OF FAME.
I have been married for 41 years, have one son and three grandchildren (who bought me a tag for my vehicle which says "Grooving Granny").
My favorite saying that I try to live by everyday is "Don't let the music die in you!"

Code of Ethics
The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry
